Day 213 – Foil as a Glassware Scrubber

A few weeks ago my glass cake pan accidentally found its way into a dishwasher before it was clean enough (sounds silly, right?) and some of the cake bits fused themselves to the glass. It seemed that nothing was going to get them off, but I was not ready to give up on it. Then, like always, Pinterest pulled through.

I scrubbed that thing with a ball of foil and it is as good as new. Seriously, that is all I did. There is no tutorial needed here. I balled up some foil, squirted on some dish soap and scrubbed. It took a bit of elbow grease, but it is really perfect now. Maybe even better than it was before it was put in the dishwasher.
